The Castaway is similar to a traditional fish design, but better! Almost everyone who has tried the Castaway has told me it's the best twin keel board they have ever ridden. It is amazingly stable, but still turns on a dime. It paddles and catches waves very easy. This board has worked well in tiny surf up to a couple feet overhead surf.

It starts off with a tucked edge in the tail to hold in while turning, which flows into a pinched, and slightly turned down traditional fish type of rail, but a little softer. Slight rocker for speed and easy paddling. Slight blended single concave throughout the bottom. And of course, twin keel glassed on fins, that I make myself.
